What happens if I go over my response limit?
There's nothing to worry about. If you go over your response limit everything will continue to function as normal. Your surveys will remain active and will continue to collect responses. You'll only be limited to see the number of responses you've signed up for. When you are close to your limit we'll send you an email and let you know what you're options are. It's completely up to you!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Simply decide which plan and payment method works for you and get started today. Your credit card will be charged for the plan selected and will auto-renew on your desired billing cycle, either month-to-month or annually.

Can you support a survey to 1 million people?

Do you accept month-to-month subscriptions?
Yes, with GetFeedback you can choose to pay month-to-month or annually, whatever is most appropriate for your business. If you select a month-to-month subscription your credit card will be charged for the first month and will auto-renew each month. You can choose to modify or downgrade your subscription at any time. You can even downgrade one month and upgrade the next.

What if I want to change plans or cancel along the way?
No problem! We understand that your business needs may change and we provide the flexibility to change plans at any time. You will pay only for the plan that you commit to and you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. Simply click "Account Settings" at anytime while inside the app to see your options.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, GetFeedback is a pay-as-you-go service so you only commit to the period of time you wish to sign up for. You simply pay month-to-month or annually based on the plan you choose. If you downgrade or cancel you will be billed for the period you originally agreed to, and you won't be billed again after that.
