Important GetFeedback Direct product update

Thank you for trusting the GetFeedback product from SurveyMonkey to power your customer experience work. As you may know, our SurveyMonkey Enterprise product is a leader in the CX space, and we’ve spent considerable time integrating the best aspects of GetFeedback Direct into the solution, further enhancing its capabilities and Salesforce integration.

As a result, we will be fully transitioning all customers from GetFeedback Direct to the SurveyMonkey Enterprise platform by Dec. 31, 2026. Before this date our team will guide you in accessing your survey programs through SurveyMonkey Enterprise. GetFeedback Direct will no longer be available after Dec. 31, 2026. 

Our priority is to make this transition to SurveyMonkey Enterprise as seamless and easy as possible for you. SurveyMonkey Enterprise provides a superior platform with greater flexibility, broader use cases across your organization, and enterprise-grade features to deliver deeper insights about your customers. Over the last year, many GetFeedback customers have already made this successful transition.

We recommend migrating to SurveyMonkey Enterprise at your next renewal date. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Please note that GetFeedback Digital will continue to be supported. If it is currently included in your access, you are able to renew the GetFeedback Digital portion of your subscription beyond Dec. 31, 2026.
