My name is Sabrina Leblanc and I am the Head of Customer Success here at SurveyMonkey. I’m excited to share more about how changes to our product strategy will create new opportunities for you to elevate your feedback collection experience.
Our core SurveyMonkey Enterprise product will now be our main solution for Customer Experience (CX). SurveyMonkey Enterprise is a leader in feedback management, and our SurveyMonkey for CX package offers a seamless integration with Salesforce with many enhancements made in the last year.
SurveyMonkey also gives you the flexibility to support additional use cases across the organization and the power to deliver deep insights. Customers that have made the transition tell us that they love the additional collaboration features, the more robust and AI-powered survey building capabilities, and access to hundreds of out-of-the-box integrations.
Our team is reaching out to our GetFeedback Direct customers to discuss a transition to SurveyMonkey Enterprise and share more with you about what that means.
Haven’t heard from us yet? Don’t worry! We’re reaching out to GetFeedback Direct customers who might be a good fit to move to SurveyMonkey Enterprise on a rolling basis. If you want to have the conversation sooner, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your CSM.
We understand that transitioning from one software to another can be a significant decision, and that’s why I’m here to highlight the benefits that you will get from making this transition and how our team will guide you through each step.
Our team has designed a seamless transition process that keeps it simple for our customers - there is no need for you to rebuild your surveys, or spend months onboarding and training your team. SurveyMonkey is known for its ease of use and quick ramp time.
And, all of your active survey designs will be transferred over for you at no additional cost, plus we’ll partner with you on the Salesforce integration. You’ll be assigned a Technical Solutions Manager during the transition and be fully trained and supported every step of the way.
Not ready to transition yet? No problem. GetFeedback will continue to be available for all of our customers and we’re committed to providing you with the same level of support and guidance. But, we think you'll like the direction we are taking with SurveyMonkey.
