A Look Back at Dreamforce 2018

As the dust settles on Dreamforce 2018, we're still reliving our favorite moments from the world's biggest tech conference. Here's a recap of the week.

Last week, we joined nearly 200,000 Trailblazers for 4 days of learning and exploration. Dreamforce 2018 was a blast from start to finish. It was our biggest year yet—with 9 sessions, 3 booths, and a Demo Jam to boot. And we got to connect with amazing people along the way, from the customer success and support gurus who are using Salesforce for good to the admins who make it all possible.

As the dust settles on Dreamforce, we’re still reliving our favorite moments. Here’s a recap.

Day 1

Karl the Fog made his graceful exit right as thousands poured into SoMa.

We kicked off the week with three sessions, starting with a packed house at the Service Lodge.

Megan Burton and Kelly Spillson from the Salesforce Customer Success Team talked about measuring customer service with GetFeedback for Service Cloud.

Next, our team took the stage to talk about the power of surveys + email marketing.

Sateja and Dara gave the audience a live tour of GetFeedback for Pardot.

We pawsed for photo opps with some furry friends.

These future seeing eye dogs were our neighbors all day at the Service Lodge. It was tough to focus.

We ended the day with a deep-dive into survey distribution.

Day 2

The afternoon picked up with a session on measuring customer experience in Salesforce.

Crystal and Sateja talked customer experience metrics with Brett Frazer from Sun Basket.

Later, we talked to Salesforce about how they use event surveys to deliver an amazing Dreamforce attendee experience.

Nicole Texeira from Salesforce took the stage with Maura to talk us through their events survey strategy.

Day 3

Amanda and Eric lit up the Expo on day 3.

We took a break from the business to enjoy a little Thursday night dress-up.

Dreamforce 2018 - PepUp Tech

Our crew attended the PepUp Tech Platform for Change event.

Day 4


The final day of Dreamforce is always bittersweet.

In our final session, we showed the audience how to harness the power of surveys for Salesforce.

Steve took the stage to talk about how businesses can enrich their customer data with GetFeedback.

And we ended on a high note, taking home the win in the AppExchange Demo Jam!
