GetFeedback, Inc. respects your privacy. GetFeedback's products, applications, and services provided by GetFeedback, Inc. (the "Services") allow customers and users (collectively, "Users") to build and send out surveys to survey takers ("Respondents") and collect their Respondents' survey responses ("Response Data").
The sections below describe what information of yours is collected based on who you are. Note, that if you fall into multiple categories, then information regarding collection in each of those categories will apply to you.
Visitors. In addition the information collected as described in the Passive Information section below, we collect information from you when you submit forms on the Site.
Users. We collect information from you when you submit it in connection with the creation of an account for the use of our Services. Some of this information, such as your name, email address, payment information or your credit card information, which is provided in order to open an account, allows you to be personally identified ("Personal Information"). In addition to information required to open an account, we collect the content you provide to be included as part of your survey ("Survey Content"). When you send out a survey using the Services, we collect the contact information for your Respondents (which may include their Personal Information, such as their name and/or email address). In addition, when your Respondents submit responses in the surveys you send to them, we collect that Response Data.
Respondents. Note that we collect information under the direction of our customers (and their Users) and have no direct relationship with you. If you respond to a GetFeedback survey sent to you by a GetFeedback User, then we will collect the following about you: 1) any contact information that a User provides to us in connection with their use of the Services; 2) any Response Data you provide to the user via such surveys; and 3) information relating to your use of our Services. If you are a Respondent and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Users, please contact the User that you interact with directly.
Data Supplementation. We may receive information about Visitors and Users from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties from whom we have purchased data, and combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.Examples of the types of Personal Information that may be obtained from public sources or purchased from third parties and combined with information we already have about you, may include name, employer, job title, email address, phone numbers, and other company, contact, and/or employment information.
Passive Collection. As is true of most websites, we also collect usage information automatically when you use our Services. This includes what webpages you visit on our site, what you click on, as well as device information such as your IP address, operating system, and browser type and version, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site. If you arrive on our Site from an external source (such as a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that referred you to us. Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers and those log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses. We may also access metadata and other information associated with files that you upload into our Services, such as images.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to better understand usage patterns. While GetFeedback hosts surveys, our Users control how surveys are sent out and what is done with the information received. Response Data provided by you to our Users are owned and managed by the User. To understand how Users will use Response Data, you will need to contact the creator of the survey, the User who sent you the survey, directly. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our customers have engaged GetFeedback, Inc.
Visitor. To our contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are obligated to keep Personal Information conﬁdential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our service providers.
User Information. We will not sell your information. Your Survey Content, reports, and dashboards are owned by you. You may share your Survey Content, reports, and dashboards by generating links to such Survey Content, reports, or dashboards through the Services ("Links"). You control how and with whom Links are shared. Anyone with access to a Link will have access to the content associated with such Link until you delete the: 1) Survey Content to remove access to the Survey Content and/or reports; or 2) dashboards to remove access to those dashboards.
We will limit our own access to your Survey Content and Links. Only our administrators and customer/technical support managers have access to your Survey Content and Links. Our staff will not access, grant access to third parties, or otherwise disseminate your Survey Content or Links; however, if there is a request for support made by you, then the GetFeedback employee assigned to the request may log into your account for the purpose of troubleshooting and correcting the reported issue or performing the requested task.
In the following limited situations, we may disclose information that we collect or that you provide to us:

Visitors & Users. Upon request, GetFeedback Inc. will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you have any feedback for us or if you want to update, delete, or change any Personal Information you've submitted on our website, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be in touch. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. If requested to remove data by a User, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Respondents. GetFeedback Inc. acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information. If you responded to a GetFeedback survey sent by a user of our platform, please work directly with that User to access, delete, or change any Personal Information that was collected by the User using the GetFeedback Services.
Storage. We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our Services. Our servers are based in the United States and you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data in the United States by GetFeedback, Inc. You retain all rights to your data. In certain circumstances survey content may be distributed outside of the United States for the purposes of running our Services, such as a content delivery network (CDN).
Retention. We will retain information we process on behalf of our Users for as long as needed to provide services to our Users and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Users can delete their surveys or survey content at any time. Deleting such content may not immediately remove the content you have published from our systems, because of caching, backups, or other references to your account.
Security. To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology for secure transactions. Our vendor has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Our Services require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party.
Unfortunately, nobody is truly and completely safe from hackers. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee security. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, we will notify you as soon as possible and report the action we took in response.
GetFeedback, Inc. participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. GetFeedback, Inc. is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. GetFeedback, Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. GetFeedback, Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, GetFeedback, Inc. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, GetFeedback, Inc. may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
