Access your support options by navigating to your Main Menu in the left side navigation, selecting your Name in the bottom left corner, and choosing Support Center

  • GetFeedback support is available Monday-Friday 5:00am-5:00pm PST. If you’re emailing within this time frame, expect we’ll get back to you within 4 hours during regular business days, or 6 hours on U.S. holidays which fall on weekdays.

  • The GetFeedback Support Team does not offer phone or screenshare support.

  • If you have any questions, please reach out to help@getfeedback.com and we'll reply within our hours of operation.

  • Phone and screenshare support are offered via the Success or Implementation teams if that is included in your Getfeedback subscription.
