What are we looking for?

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for fostering and driving new business relationships to support our team of Enterprise Account Executives (AE’s). You will be responsible for prospecting into Global 2000 accounts, specifically into the customer service organizations.

You are someone who is generally awesome, driven and flexible. You will have inside sales experience of selling into the world’s largest companies and understands what it takes to identify, reach, and qualify senior decision makers in these enterprises. You’ll also be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing team, documenting daily engagement in, and transitioning qualified opportunities to AE's. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred

  • At least 2 years of software sales experience (prospecting experience preferred)

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale

  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience

  • Inside sales experience

  • Enterprise prospecting experience
