What we're looking for

In this highly visible role on the GetFeedback CX Platform leadership team, you will apply thought leadership and analytical skills to help senior leadership architect strategic priorities, provide operational excellence, and foster innovation and growth. You will draw insights from rigorous analyses, develop informed recommendations, and lead implementation on the most important opportunities and challenges the GetFeedback team faces.. This is an essential leadership role in accelerating the fastest growing division within SurveyMonkey. You have a data-driven approach, work toward excellence, can guide among senior business leaders, and be excited about building a team (in your function and across the company). You will report to the GM of the GetFeedback CX Platform team and interfaces directly with the executive team.

You will

  • Provide insight into our business by deploying data and research (market, customer, competitive)
  • Own operational performance tracking. Manage financial/operational metrics to monitor performance and understand our goals. Complete ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop GTM strategy for the GetFeedback CX Platform together with sales & marketing operations
  • Lead complex strategic and operational projects with cross-functional partners; desire to implementation and delivery of results.
  • Lead highly visible projects for the GM of the GetFeedback CX Platform. Past projects include launching new pricing & packaging, developing sales & marketing operations, informing product roadmap input, and evaluating build vs M&A alternatives.
  • Identify important business blockers and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve/capitalize
  • Navigate the organization and inspire partners to support recommendations and plan
  • Be a credible and reliable C-level advisor; inform our senior executives; prepare and provide materials and analyses to support those decisions

You have

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in economics, management, finance, or other business related fields
  • MBA or graduate degree recommended, but not required
  • 5+ years of work experience; 2+ years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity and 2+ years operating experience in high-growth technology company
  • Lead complex strategic and operations projects with partners; drive to implementation and delivery of results.
  • Experience building productive relationships, guiding changes, and working with senior management
