We are looking for a bright and personable team member to join our team and help their peers thrive as the first Human Resources Manager at GetFeedback! In this role, we need someone who knows how to hustle while still nurturing relationships with prospective talent and managing ongoing relationships with current employees. What you’ll be working on:

  • Create and manage day-to-day onboarding activities including managing background check clearance, payroll setup, Namely setup, benefits setup, IT setup, workspace setup, and scheduling of onboarding meetings
  • Entering and maintaining employee information into our HRIS on a timely basis
  • Partnering closely with the Accounting/Payroll department to ensure accurate and timely transmission of data
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration activities, working closely with our benefit brokers, payroll, and plan carriers to ensure plan compliance, employee coverage, and an overall seamless benefits experience for all employees
  • Create amazing programs and initiatives that reinforce our company culture and help our team come together and thrive
  • Be a partner to managers and teams by providing guidance on coaching, counseling and career development
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the recruitment process is timely


A strong candidate for this role has:

  • 3+ years experience in the HR and Recruiting field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you love people
  • Outstanding communication skills; you can influence and adapt to your audience
  • Experience building process, you like to make order out of chaos
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective partnerships and relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with different levels of management and with candidates
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes initiative and has a business acumen – sees the big picture and operates with perspective
  • Must be able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities all while maintaining a consistent process and high level of organization
