What We’re Looking For

GetFeedback is looking for someone who has a strong technical background with Salesforce and is passionate about setting customers up for success with an all-star onboarding program. The Implementation Manager (IM) will work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition during the early stages of the customer lifecycle.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help GetFeedback’s most valuable customers successfully implement GetFeedback for Salesforce within the first 60 days of becoming a customer, resulting in strong adoption
  • Share best practices with customers based on customer use case and industry
  • Ensure that all customers are trained properly on how to maximize their ROI within the platform
  • Use Salesforce reports to identify customers who are at risk of not implementing and take actions to mitigate the risk
  • Document key customer information in Salesforce for Customer Success Manager
  • Assist Customer Success Manager with other 1:many outreach projects

 

What A Strong Candidate Looks Like:

  • Strong technical background in Salesforce: must be able to customize a salesforce layout, create email templates, and build complex workflows
  • Working experience with various email platforms
  • A true consulting approach and ability to communicate technical content to people of all backgrounds
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Polished verbal/written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • You are a highly organized self-starter that runs towards opportunities
  • 1-3 years of prior onboarding and implementation job experience
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Technical engineering background is a plus

  • Open to working East Coast hours
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, sales professional with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen. Successful Sales Executives at GetFeedback have experience doing deep levels of discovery and objection handling at every level. They are engaged with their customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are trusted advisors to the C-Suite and the end users.

What A Strong Candidate Looks Like

  • 2-4 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience building a pipeline via lead generation methods including, but not limited to, email marketing, nurture email marketing, cold calling, working trade shows (both in the booth and walking the floor), networking, partner relationships and referrals.
  • Experience prospecting at public events such as trade shows, industry conferences and Meetups.
  • Experience developing partner relationships with multiple partners.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing sales-cycles at medium and large enterprises
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
  • CRM experience (particularly SFDC)
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment
  • Strong customer references
