About the Opportunity

As a Demand Gen Manager at GetFeedback you’ll be a core member of our Marketing team, responsible for generating marketing qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team. You’ll be joining an already established Demand Generation team to support your efforts and help you grow.

A successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of creative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. You should have an intimate knowledge of inbound lead generation techniques along with Google AdWords, paid social, and retargeting ads that would enable you to get into a detailed discussion on strategy and tactics with anyone. We need someone who is not afraid to write copy or to run and analyze A/B tests. A fundamental understanding of how to attract and convert people (whether it be at an event, through an email, a webinar, or with an ebook) to qualified prospects for our sales team is a must.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is interested in building scalable machines rather than one-time campaigns.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage the execution of high-impact lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop, execute and monitor strategic lead nurture campaigns
  • Develop multi-channel marketing programs that align with revenue goals
  • Analyze our existing database and available market to prioritize marketing activities and campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver world-class reporting and analytics from a variety of systems including, but not limited to Salesforce and Looker, that show how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • Define campaign reporting needs and KPIs, work with the broader marketing team to track and report results against benchmarks
  • Manage/optimize digital channels: ad spend across SEM, retargeting, and display, email efficiency across offers and nurturing to drive more leads while optimizing cost
  • Communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Experience with SEM, PPC, paid social, retargeting
  • Lead generation experience
  • Highly-motivated person that loves demand generation
  • Superior communication and analytical skills
  • Expert with Salesforce, Webinar platforms, and Email Marketing platforms
  • Expertise with Marketing Automation, Hubspot preferred
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Looker
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Wordpress
  • Experience with Mixpanel
