What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to lead our team of Enterprise Account Executives. As a global solution, we want someone who can drive consistent, profitable growth in key and emerging markets. You would oversee the recruitment, training, coaching, and day-to-day management of high-performing salespeople and build out our partner program to grow sales and earnings.

  • 5+ years of experience selling into mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate sales activities with major accounts and partners
  • Negotiate price and discounts
  • Manage and develop sales people
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
  • Develop specific plans to grow partner ecosystem and ensure revenue growth
  • Report on sales activity and manage a regular revenue forecast
  • Achieve key performance metrics and goals
  • Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements
  • Directly support a team of Account Executives that have fun winning together
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings and help define a strong business case
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to develop sales strategies that improve market share
  • Ensure sales team adheres to sales policies, practices, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the product and marketing teams to ensure efficient sales results
  • Assist salespeople in establishing personal contact and rapport with top-echelon decision-makers
  • Work closely with marketing team to drive sales promotions and partner events with measurable results
  • Educate sales team on competitive strategies, including new account sales and growth, improved presentation skills, sales resources, management of expenses, and expansion of our partner ecosystem
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive success and prioritize where we invest our resources
  • Identify product and technology gaps with Customers and present a point of view to our Product and Leadership Teams
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals

How to stand out:

  • Strong experience solutioning and selling SaaS products
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the needs of customer success and support teams (our primary buyers)
  • Experience managing fast-growing sales teams that sell into mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Demonstrable track record of selling software into mid to large accounts and achieving personal and team goals
  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships.
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Passionate about the power of customer feedback enabling companies to retain their customers
