What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to help envision, design, and deliver GetFeedback’s future.  The right person for our team is highly collaborative, likes to iterate quickly, and has a track record of delivering thoughtful and polished solutions to complex problems. If you care as much about pixel-perfection as you do about understanding the user and their goals, then we can’t wait to hear from you.

GetFeedback’s competitive edge has always been its intuitive user experience and modern UI -- not just for respondents who are taking surveys, but for our customers who are building surveys and using the results to fuel their businesses. Our Lead Product Designer will be responsible for helping us maintain and grow that competitive edge.

What you’ll be doing

  • Seamlessly bridge Product, Design, and Engineering to solve complex problems
  • Leverage data to inform design thinking and product decisions
  • Champion our visual and interactive consistency by working closely with UX engineers to create scalable UI components
  • Optimize navigation and flows using best practices for all devices
  • Conceptualize and present design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
  • Collaborate with -- and gather feedback from -- Sales, Support, Customer Success, executives, and customers to ensure we’re offering the best possible experiences

What we need to see

  • 4+ years designing web-based applications
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Mastery of the principles UX design
  • The ability to move quickly through wireframing, visual design, and prototyping
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
