About the Opportunity

As the Director of Demand Generation at GetFeedback, you’ll be a strategic member of our Marketing team, responsible for driving the overall demand generation strategy and reporting on the results using a combination of Salesforce, Hubspot and Looker. Your goal is to generate high-quality marketing qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute against a holistic demand gen strategy across all channels: webinars, content, display, SEO, SEM, social, partnerships, email, etc
  • Generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads to the SDR team
  • Partner with sales to create programs that will not only generate new demand but mature existing deals
  • Partner with PMM and our content team to create compelling content and offerings targeted at our personas
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and focus the demand generation activities
  • Effectively communicate results to the team, and how those results inform the strategy moving forward
  • Own Hubspot & the processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales
  • Own website testing and CRO

Who You Are

You’re a creative, analytical problem-solver who gets things done. You have an intimate knowledge of inbound lead generation techniques, including email marketing, marketing automation, and digital. We need someone who is not afraid to write email copy or run A/B tests. A fundamental understanding of how to attract and convert people (whether it be at an event, through an email, a webinar, or with an ebook) to qualified prospects for our sales team is a must.

Above all, we're looking for someone who is interested in building scalable machines rather than one-time campaigns.

What a Strong Candidate Looks Like

  • At least 5 - 7 years of marketing and/or demand generation experience preferably within a B2B SaaS startup
  • Proven track record of owning a pipeline number and hitting goals in a high growth setting
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation (preferably Hubspot) and Salesforce.com
  • Strong experience with using SEM, PPC, paid social, retargeting to hit targets
  • Experience creating a multifaceted demand gen strategy and articulating it to management
  • Strong ability to report on results, draw conclusions and recommend next steps
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • Collaborative team player, who thrives in startup environment
