Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a technically savvy content marketer to grow our marketing funnel through strategic content creation and promotion. You will be responsible for attracting quality site traffic that converts into leads for our industry-leading feedback management and customer experience solution. Your responsibilities will include writing and using a network of contractors to create content, managing a network of freelance writers, optimizing new and existing content for search, and working with our content specialist to promote it on social media. The ultimate goal of your initiatives will be to position GetFeedback as a leader in the customer experience and feedback management space. Applicants with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills will excel in this role.


  • Create and manage a dynamic content calendar designed to increase subscribers, drive brand awareness, and position GetFeedback as a leader in the enterprise feedback management and customer experience space
  • Manage & coordinate internal and external writers and designers to create compelling content for all marketing campaigns, including blog posts, resource guides, webinars, infographics, white papers, one-pagers & more
  • Manage & mentor our amazing content marketing specialist, who is responsible for the GetFeedback blog and social media channels
  • Design, manage and optimize new and existing content to drive and convert organic search traffic.
  • Act as as the go-to editor and copywriter for GetFeedback, ensuring all marketing content is polished and on-brand
  • Measure and report on content marketing and social initiatives as they relate to the company’s primary growth goals.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience or Employee Experience markets a plus
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • Experience managing social media
  • Experience writing website copy
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Image creation and editing skills
  • Comfortable reporting on the effectiveness of content
