Who are you?
We are looking for a proven leader to play a critical role in growing our business. The focus of this position is to cultivate and develop a team of elite-performance Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives. These teams are instrumental in developing leads and creating pipeline to fuel our Account Executive team.
You will own day-to-day management of our Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives, but also collaborate closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing and Operations to build and execute a clear, global sales strategy to drive our growth.
We are looking for a talented coach and trainer, with high social intelligence and the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales reps. You must be able to hold individuals accountable for hitting targets (past management experience is key) and be able to assist reps on facilitating deals (with past experience as a successful full-cycle sales rep). You must be able to give feedback to reps and coach to a selling methodology to improve close rate. You must have a lot of energy, and superb oral and written communication skills. Combined, these skills along with your expertise help your team overcome objections and identify new accounts.
You should be a team player with the ability to balance a competitive, fast-paced sales team with a respectful, healthy and fun work environment.
You’re a sales person at heart who recognizes that your job is to remove the barriers that get in the way of a rep's ability to identify and facilitate deals faster. You love helping the sales team succeed and grow and understanding their real needs. You’re a team player who can work with a variety of sales types.
