Who are you?

 

Here at GetFeedback, we’re continuing to grow our sales development team. If you’re a positive thinker, ambitious self-starter and love trying new things, this role is for you.

 

As a Sales Development Rep, you’ll be the driving force behind GetFeedback’s overall growth as you fill our Sales team’s pipeline with qualified sales leads. You will quickly build relationships with leads that you qualify and pass onto Sales executives. You'll work closely with the Marketing team, qualifying prospects and using your top-notch communication skills and business sense to follow-up with them. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company where career growth opportunities exist for those that are hungry and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Quickly follow up (via email and phone calls) with people who inquire about GetFeedback via our website and inbound phone lines
    • ​Get to know prospects, their organization and ​their customer feedback needs in an effort to connect them to the right GetFeedback solution
    • Document your findings in Salesforce and create a seamless handoff to one of our account executives to continue the conversation
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to help improve the lead quality​
    • Understand and present the high points of GetFeedback’s product​
    • Provide over-the-top, GetFeedback-worthy customer service at every turn​

Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of experience in a sales role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce.com
    • The ability to work well independently while collaborating with other teams and leaders​
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills ​
